Founder
Precision Estate Management Group was founded by Didier Ganin, built on real, hands-on experience within private residences where expectations are elevated and attention to detail is non-negotiable.
Didier’s professional background began with the creation of a successful home organization company, where he developed systems that brought structure, clarity, and efficiency into clients’ homes. Through that work, he was entrusted with managing increasingly complex environments—ultimately leading to the opportunity to oversee the full operations of a private estate.
What began as a project evolved into a long-term role managing all aspects of the property, including vendor coordination, staff oversight, maintenance planning, renovations, and day-to-day operations.
It was within this environment that he refined a disciplined, proactive approach to estate management—one built on anticipation, organization, and discretion.
Precision Estate Management Group was created to bring that same level of structure, trust, and professionalism to every client we serve.
Operations & Client Experience
Luisa Viviani serves as Director of Operations & Client Experience, ensuring that every aspect of the service is delivered with consistency, care, and attention to detail.
Her role focuses on the client experience—supporting communication, coordination, and the refinement of how each property is managed on a day-to-day basis.
With a strong attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of organization and presentation, she contributes to maintaining a level of service that is both structured and seamless.
